Five Indoor Cycling Workouts Routines by “Treble in the Kitchen”

I am always looking for niche blog site by real spinning instructors that talk about all things indoor cycling – especially routines and music.  Like all our sites they seem to be an ensemble of interests.  We all seem to be fitness funks and cross train, try to eat well and look good!!  So welcome to Tara’s site.   She has a “passion for experimenting in the kitchen, living an active life, and pursuing my dreams. I started taking indoor cycling classes my freshman year of college. I love the classes so much due to their intensity, the ability for everyone to truly work at their own level, and the fact that these workouts make me sweat buckets. Via
